Step 1: Determine your schedule

To take full advantage of the positive effects of microdosing, it is important to follow a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The recommended schedules in this guide are designed to support you in integrating microdosing into your daily routine so that you can experience the benefits in a consistent and effective manner. For beginners, schedule A is an ideal foundation to start with. It offers a balanced approach that allows you to discover the positive results of microdosing step by step.

Step 2: Consume the microdose

Take the dose during the first meal of the day. Swallow one dose without chewing and rinse with water.

Step 3: Personalize your experience

Every body is different and reacts differently to microdosing. The standard dose works well for about 70% of users. How you react to the dose taken depends on your body shape, age, condition and whether you have a full stomach, among other things. For a first time user we recommend to do this at a time when you have no obligations and that you can get used to the feeling. The truffles are packed per gram. If you are slightly taller or smaller than average, check how you react to the dosage. If the dose is too high, don't worry. You will only notice that you have more or less focus because the effect of the truffle is slightly too strong for a microdose. This effect will disappear within 30 minutes to 2 hours. The effect of the truffle is meant to help you, which is why it is important to stick to the prescribed amount and then carefully assess whether you want to adjust the dosage. It is always possible to increase or decrease the dose again next time. It is important that after 4 to 8 weeks of microdosing, you take a rest period of 2 to 4 weeks.

Are you comfortable with schedule A? Then you can start personalizing with schedule B. When you follow this schedule, observe closely what it does for you.

Day 1: take one microdose during the first meal of the day.
Day 2: take a microdose during the first meal of the day.
Day 3: nothing

Day 5: take a microdose during the first meal of the day.
And so on.

Follow this schedule for 4 to 8 weeks. Then take a rest period of 2 to 4 weeks. After 4 to 8 weeks, schedule a rest period of 2 to 4 weeks.

Schedule C

The most popular schedule among our customers is schedule C, where you take a dose every other day. This schedule is very suitable for integrating microdosing into your routine for a longer period of time.

Day 1: take a microdose during the first meal of the day.
Day 2: nothing
Day 3: take a microdose during the first meal of the day.
Day 4: nothing

Follow this schedule for 4 to 8 weeks. Then take a rest period of 2 to 4 weeks.

Is a fixed routine not for you and do you prefer to follow your intuition? Use schedule D. This is microdosing based on feeling, with the constant that there is always at least 1 day between doses.
